Hastings Community Network is a network of voluntary and community groups in Hastings and provides a mechanism for the sector to elect representatives to speak on behalf of members and participate in devloping a mandate for those elected. Elected represenatatives sit on various strategic partnerships as the voice of the community and voluntary sector.
